Core Essentials Program
Start your coach training with either of our two 77-hour coach training programs: the Core Essentials Program (CEP) or the in-person Core Essentials Fast Track Program (CEFTP) . They both offer beginning and intermediate courses to develop strong foundational and core coaching skills. These skills are essential for coaches providing individual and/or organisational coaching services. These programs, now enhanced with practice and project labs, have been designed to teach you core coaching skills, deepen your personal foundation and learn practical practice development skills as efficiently and conveniently as possible.

Once all basic program requirements have been satisfactorily fulfilled, coaches may apply for certification and/or upgrade to one or both of CoachInc.com’s advanced programs.

Core Essentials Program - Core Modules
After enrolling in the Core Essentials Program, providing you already have a telephone and internet connection, you’ll simply need to purchase the required textbooks through a special link that will be provided upon enrollment. After you have completed your courses, self-tests and required client coaching hours, you may apply for graduation (or certification with additional completed requirements). You can take a break there or continue with your advanced coach training. You have a full 15 months to complete this program.
Core Essentials FastTrack - Live Workshop Program - For the live and in-person Core Essentials Fast Track Program , of course, you will also need to add-on travel, meals and accommodations expenses (textbooks will be provided on-site). The majority of this program is delivered in-person in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Coaches will first participate in a one-hour TeleClass before the live session, attend a 6-day in-person session from 8:30am to 6:00pm with plenty of homework in the evening, and finish up with 4-week follow-up TeleClass (one 2-hour session per week).

And, if you desire, you may re-take courses in the regular teleclass-based CEP program for up to 15 months – this program is truly the best of both worlds.
Our Advanced Coach Training Programs
After you have graduated from Core Essentials, you may begin taking courses in a) Coach U’s Advanced Coaching Program (ACP), b) Corporate Coach U’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program (ACCP), or c) both, for an additional fee. In order to graduate from one of the advanced programs, you must complete another 98 hours of required and elective courses. A total of 175 hours of coach training (which includes the Core Essentials Program ) is required for basic graduation from the advanced programs.
If you want to receive financial savings and register for both Core Essentials Program (CEP) and advanced coach training, but you can’t decide between Coach U or Corporate Coach U’s advanced coach training programs, you may still enroll but state that you’d like to enter the “Undeclared Advanced Program.” You can let us know your preferred advanced track at any time during your Core Essentials Program training. Please keep in mind that you must complete the entire CEP before you can register and take advanced courses. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions here.
