What is the Facilitator Licensing Program?
The Coaching Clinic® Facilitator Licensing Program is a four-day program for individuals and organisations wishing to have a tangible coach-training product to deliver to managers and leaders.
Facilitator candidates:

experience and learn coaching skills and competencies by fully participating in the Coaching Clinic®.
-
gain deeper understanding of the materials and teach back three portions of the clinic program.

What does the licensing include?
The Coaching Clinic® Facilitator Licensing Program includes all materials for the successful delivery of the Coaching Clinic:

participant's guide

facilitator's guide
-
disk file with teaching overheads, and
-
customised marketing materials.
Also included is the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory® (PCSI©). The PCSI© is the first and only coaching communication styles inventory. The PCSI© was developed in response to a need for understanding and mastery of interaction between different communication styles from the coaching context.
Upon completion of the workshop licensed facilitators are supported through:
